You upload the necessary files or paste a link to the file and pick the most convenient payment method. The task is then automatically assigned to a qualified expert.

After 30 minutes the job has been picked up by one of the experts that our technology identified as the perfect match. Experts are selected based on prior experience, test results and availability. You may now enjoy the rest of your evening knowing the result is on its way.

The first expert finished transcribing over night. As requested, the result is now being checked, corrected and approved by another expert. You are then notified the result is ready to be downloaded from your dashboard.

You are notified that all tasks have been completed which can be downloaded from your dashboard. In the very unlikely case, an expert did not deliver to your full satisfaction, you may ask this expert to revise it.
